So because I am a poor college student, I don't have tv. Consequently, I was unable to watch the 2010 Oscars. Watching the Oscars is a love I share with my grandma. Every year I love to see what dresses people are wearing and what movies are chosen as winners among the members of the "prestigious academy". I wish you could hear me say "academy" out loud. On paper it doesn't have the same effect.
This year I was very disappointed in the gowns chosen for such an illustrious evening. Some were absolutely hideous (which there are always a few), and others were just ok. Nothing really wowed me, which was very disappointing. However, out of the meager pickings, here are the dresses I liked the best:
